in case any of you want a weight loss update

I’m losing it. Slow and steady. I’m not really eating enough but I don’t really care.  this week my net cals have been in the 800s or so but that’s mostly because of running. and then I’m not counting calories I burn hostessing. Eating dinner at around 4, having popsicles when I get home at around 11. I have learned so many new tricks….

Also I eat like gluten anymore. I try to get all protein. I live off of cottage cheese. 

also 

I TRIED MUSCLE MILK TODAY it is delicious and lactose free. very sweet, but delicious.

i feel like I owe y’all a running post because a lot has changed….

GUESS WHO HAS LOST 10 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS??????

meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!

That means all of my boarding school weight is gone!!!!!!

and also, I’m still on crutches

I’m so mad about my lack of exercise, but I’m on crutches, so there’s no much I can do.

My dinner was MUCH too heavy considering that I wasn’t hungry, but I feel good because I’m eating generally healthy things; e.g. little carbs, and when so whole wheat, fiber, healthy fats, no dairy, little meat but still protein, so I’m happy :)

Tonight I looked through my archive and it was so fascinating.

So today is pretty clear.
I had dinner with parents and a friend (not my restaurant choice…) and I ate like a PIG at dindin but I guess it’s okay ‘cause I NEVER eat burgers and fries.  But at the same time, just ‘cause I weighed in low this morning means I can lose my focus.

Fun fact: I came home weighing 3 more pounds than I did this morning, so stop giving yourself a hard time about one ounce.

Sorry I didn’t post intake yesterday!

I had dindin with a friend and couldn’t do it off my phone but then had to get to bed super early for SATs! I also never completed it so it’s informal!

Breakfast:

Granola bar (160) I’m becoming increasingly picky about breakfast

Lunch:

Hummus, red peppers, and celery (40) and pretzels (110)

And then I didn’t finish because I went to Wagamama with a friend but I ate healthily! I had the vegetarian ramen Moyashi Soba which is vegetable broth, zucchini, whole wheat noodles, mushrooms, and fried tofu! (I didn’t eat that much) and I’m pretty proud ‘cause I didn’t eat the whole thing (they give you SO MUCH) and exercised self control plus I chose something really healthy :) I don’t know the calorie information..

I also ate a grande soy cappuccino with sugar free caramel.

12.1.11 (Ohmygosh it’s December!)

So today was just a day.  I’m in bed and half asleep so I just want to post this ‘cause I know y’all are waiting up to read ;)

Things I did well

  • healthy B, L, and D and snacks
  • Portion controlled lunch and breakfast
  • ya
  • NO ED THOUGHTS! quite the opposite

Things I didn’t do well

  • too much fat
  • snacked a ton after/before dinner so portion control was wasted -_-
  • food baby (my mom thinks it’s cause i eat lots of fiber)
  • no exercise :(

So today was okay I guess!

I wasn’t hungry at breakfast but then I had a HUGE lunch and was so full.

At dinner I came home and had pasta, but then when my mother’s boyfriend got home we had pork but I used self control and only had a bite because even though I had remaining calories I wasn’t hungry! So I’m awesome!

Things I did well today

  • didn’t go over my caloric limit
  • controlled myself during dinner when I was full
  • ate generally healthy foods even though it was definitely heavy on carbs— lots of bread today…
  • didn’t eat a huge breakfast when I wasn’t hungry
  • NO ED THOUGHTS!!!

Things I could improve on

  • I didn’t work out today ‘cause I had a ton of homework and choir, I guess I’ll do some ab work before I go to bed if I ever finish my homework….
  • I overate at lunch, I could’ve done without the cheese at lunch since I had the immense sandwich. (I’d eaten the pretzels as a snack)
  • Less carbohydrates definitely.

I just want to say that generally, I’m feeling so good.  I feel generally healthy and happy.  No ED plaguing me; which is just a great life to live.
